winds will develop in advance of the cold front late tonight...
shifting to the west Tuesday morning. Winds will decrease Tuesday
night.
...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 10 PM PST

* WINDS...Areas of west winds 25 to 35 mph developing Tuesday
morning and continuing into Tuesday evening. Gusts to 50 mph...
strengthening to 65 mph for late Tuesday morning into early
Tuesday evening...then subsiding late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel, especially for high-profile
vehicles...affecting travelers along Interstates 8 and 10.
Isolated propery damage is possible near the desert slopes of
the mountains.
